Hey! We're R.T. & Jamaree Stokes. We're both M.Eds. with a passion for fitness, learning, and living with gratitude through a more mindful approach to life.

After we both found ourselves dealing with the challenges of cognitive related issues we pulled upon our experiences in instructional technology and process improvement to create a system that could provide a sense of quality assurance for quality of life and provide a change management system to help with the emotional disruption of uncertainty we all face whenever we're dealing with something new.
